Slobodan Milosevic - Prisoner of War
The ICDSM (Ireland) condemns in the strongest possible terms the "extradition" of former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic to the International War Crime Tribunal in the Hague. This was a flagrant breach of Yugoslav Federal law and international law. Article 17 of the Yugoslav Federal Constitution states that a Yugoslav citizen may not be extradited.
Mr. Milosevic is effectively a Prisoner of War. ICDSM intends to play its part in the international campaign for the release of Mr. Milosevic and the end of the Hague show-trials.
